Pediatric Grand Rounds


Pediatric Grand Rounds is an educational forum on pediatric issues for physicians, nurses, and allied health care professionals and is a cooperative effort between East Texas Medical Center, Trinity Mother Frances and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler. This one hour program is generally held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 12:00 noon. A complimentary light luncheon is served. The location rotates between the three hospitals.

Dr. Hussain, Pediatric Gastroenterologist at Sutton Children’s Hospital in Shreveport, will identify common pediatric gastroenterological disorders, discuss disorders that need special attention, and outline case management techniques including better communication.
