UT Physicians of Gladewater to offer free seminar about adult-onset asthma on Friday, Oct. 16

GLADEWATER – Are you short of breath? Do you wheeze or cough a lot? You could have adult-onset asthma.
To learn more about asthma, come to a free seminar from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at the Gardens of Gladewater Community Building, 108 Lee St., in Gladewater.
The seminar is sponsored by Wyn Andrews, MD, and UT Physicians of Gladewater. UTP is a physician practice associated with The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler.
Eli Azzi, MD, a UTHSCT pulmonologist, will present “Coughing and Wheezing and Triggers, Oh My!”
He will explain what triggers asthma and discuss the latest treatments for this chronic disease.
The health education seminar is free, but seating is limited and reservations are required. Refreshments will be provided.
