An Overview of the Medical Team:

We have organized our residents, faculty, nursing, and support staff into four teams. Ther are the Red, Blue, Green, and Orange teams. Each team focuses on providing personal service for your health care needs. If your specific doctor is not available, another doctor on the team will assist to resolve your need.

The Family Medicine Clinical Administration:

The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for strategic planning, personnel, operational, and financial management of the clinic.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for daily management in the clinic of nursing and clerical staff, patient care, customer service, compliance with policies/procedures, internal controls, maintaining physician schedules, and maintaining a balanced budget.

The Family Medicine nursing staff is committed to providing our patients with quality care, education, and human services in partnership with other clinical providers to promote health and well-being.

The Outpatient clinic clerks are at the core of clinical operations; they are the patient’s first contact with the clinic. The staff is trained in all aspects of non-medical care of the patient. They answer the incoming calls to the clinic, register the patients attending their appointments, and assist with making follow-up appointments and referrals.
