Rehabilitation Services provides excellent evaluation and treatment for a variety of problems resulting from disease or injury.
Our licensed professionals provide physical and occupational therapy to Pediatric and Adult patients needing to reduce pain, restore function, Improve and progress development and prevent disability. Our commitment is to help you reach your goals.
OUR PROGRAM - We know you want the best for your child and are concerned about his or her current abilities and continued development. The Rehabilitation Services team at UT Health Northeast will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your child’s condition, abilities, and special needs. Our primary goal will be to work with your child to achieve optimal function and independence in daily life.
THE TEAM - In addition to the licensed and experienced rehabilitation therapists who will care for your child, YOU and your family will be valuable members of the team. Family participation is essential to success.
We will listen, share our knowledge, and involve you in decision-making – all with the goal of improving your child’s quality of life.

If you are unable to keep your childs scheduled appointment, please let us know so we can reschedule your visit to a more convenient time. On your first visit, please bring your insurance card, and arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
We will begin your childs evaluation on your first visit so please have them wear appropriate clothing for ease of movement. Please bring copies of all outside x-rays, medical records, and orthotic devices, etc. at your first visit.
Billing
Before billing you, we will file a claim with your insurance company. If your insurance requires a co-pay, please pay it at the time of your visit. Appointments
A referral from your childs primary medical provider is required before you can be seen by Rehabilitation Services. To schedule an appointment, please call (903) 877-7293.
Hours
We are open Monday through Friday: Pediatric Outpatient Clinic 8:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m.
Adult Outpatient Clinic 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We provide coverage for inpatients on Saturdays only.
