Rehabilitation Services provides excellent evaluation and treatment for a variety of problems resulting from disease or injury.

Our licensed professionals provide physical and occupational therapy to Pediatric and Adult patients needing to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Our commitment is to help you reach your goals.Our program provides treatments to alleviate pain and restore function to patients with a variety of medical conditions.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please let us know so we can reschedule your visit to a more convenient time. On your first visit, please bring your insurance card, and arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.

We will begin your treatment on your first visit so please wear loose clothing for ease of movement.

Billing
Before billing you, we will file a claim with your insurance company. If your insurance requires a co-pay, please pay it at the time of your visit. If you have questions or concerns about billing, please let us know. Patient Financial Services can be reached at (903) 877-7172 or toll-free at (800) 575-2455.

Appointments
A referral from your medical provider is required before you can be seen by Rehabilitation Services. To schedule an appointment, please call (903) 877-7293.

Hours
We are open Monday through Friday: Adult Outpatient Clinic 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pediatric Outpatient Clinic 8:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m.
We provide coverage for inpatients on Saturdays only.

CSS: This specification defines Cascading Style Sheets, level 2 (CSS2). CSS2 is a style sheet language that allows authors and users to attach style (e.g., fonts, spacing, and aural cues) to structured documents (e.g., HTML documents and XML applications). By separating the presentation style of documents from the content of documents, CSS2 simplifies Web authoring and site maintenance.
XHTML 1.1: This Recommendation defines a new XHTML document type that is based upon the module framework and modules defined in Modularization of XHTML [XHTMLMOD]. The purpose of this document type is to serve as the basis for future extended XHTML 'family' document types, and to provide a consistent, forward-looking document type cleanly separated from the deprecated, legacy functionality of HTML 4 [HTML4] that was brought forward into the XHTML 1.0 [XHTML1] document types. This document type is essentially a reformulation of XHTML 1.0 Strict using XHTML Modules. This means that many facilities available in other XHTML Family document types (e.g., XHTML Frames) are not available in this document type. These other facilities are available through modules defined in Modularization of XHTML, and document authors are free to define document types based upon XHTML 1.1 that use these facilities (see [XHTMLMOD] for information on creating new document types).
WAI-AAA: These guidelines explain how to make Web content accessible to people with disabilities. The guidelines are intended for all Web content developers (page authors and site designers) and for developers of authoring tools. The primary goal of these guidelines is to promote accessibility. However, following them will also make Web content more available to all users, whatever user agent they are using (e.g., desktop browser, voice browser, mobile phone, automobile-based personal computer, etc.) or constraints they may be operating under (e.g., noisy surroundings, under- or over-illuminated rooms, in a hands-free environment, etc.). Following these guidelines will also help people find information on the Web more quickly. These guidelines do not discourage content developers from using images, video, etc., but rather explain how to make multimedia content more accessible to a wide audience.
