Financial Counseling Process

Current UTHSCT patients may apply for discounted services at UTHSCT through the Financial Counseling Office. A Financial Counselor will determine your eligibility for discounted services based on information submitted.

• If approved for a discount, you will receiving a letter indicated the amount, eligibility date, and termination date.
• Up to 60 days prior to the expiration date, you will need to re-apply for financial assistance through the Financial Counseling Office to maintain your eligibility for any discounted services you may be receiving.
• Remember that you must submit all documents to the Financial Counselor in order for a determination to be made.

Failure to follow or complete the process will result in a delay in receiving discounted services, if you qualify and/or future appointments being cancelled.

2. Non - US Citizen
3. Any patient who has medical coverage that will financial support services needed or being requested.
