Are you ACGME accredited?

Yes, we are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education as a 4- year categorical program.

How do I submit my application?

Applications are accepted through ERAS.

What should my ERAS application include?

Personal Statement
Medical School Transcript
USMLE and/or COMLEX Scores
MSPE (Dean’s Letter)
3 Letters of Recommendation
Photograph
Curriculum Vitae

Will you be offering virtual Interviews?

We will conduct all interviews virtually via Microsoft Teams.

What is the application deadline?

Our deadline for applications is Dec. 31.

Can I select my interview date?

We do offer flexible scheduling through ERAS where an applicant can select any available date or can request to be added to the waitlist.

What if I cannot make it on my interview date or need to change dates?

Please notify our office by ERAS, phone or email as soon as possible if a scheduling change needs to be made.

Do you offer an employment benefits package?

Yes, in conjunction with UT Systems benefits.

Do you accept international medical graduates?

 Yes. If matched, a valid ECFMG certificate will be accepted before the residency start date.

Does your program sponsor Visas? If so, what type?

Yes, our program sponsors J-1 visas. We are unable to sponsor an H1 visa.

Do you accept Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine graduates?

Yes, we accept both MDs and DOs.
