The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center (HSC) is excited to partner with Episcopal Health Foundation (EHF) to further discussions, data collection, and sharing of information in an effort to build healthier communities.
Community stakeholders were invited to participate in follow-up forums during May – July 2016 that highlighted the results from last year’s East Texas Community Health Needs survey as well as provided an opportunity to discuss specific county needs. The first set of forums were held in the 11 counties that overlap both HSC and EHF service areas (Anderson, Cherokee, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Houston, Marion, Panola, Rusk, Smith, and Trinity).
