Robert was born and raised in El Paso, Texas where he graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Microbiology. He went on to obtain his medical education at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Living in Galveston and traveling to East Texas led him to pursue his Family Medicine training in Tyler, Texas.

When he is not working, you can find him floating on the lake with his wife and infant daughter or smoking a rack of ribs or brisket in his backyard. You might also find him mowing his lawn, a newfound passion after becoming a homeowner. He plans on raising his family here in East Texas and providing medical care for patients in both the clinic and emergency room.
