Carolina is currently a surgical intern after graduating from Texas A&M Health Science Center in her hometown of College Station, Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies at Stephen F. Austin State University, where she majored in kinesiology and played for the Division I Women’s Ladyjack soccer team.

She is interested in pursuing general surgery after her residency training and enjoys the early and high-volume operative experience the health science center provides. Her hobbies include playing soccer, running, weightlifting, watercolor and calligraphy, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her Russian blue cat, Beta.
