Roma was raised in Dallas, Texas. She received her bachelor of science degree in biology at The University of Texas at Arlington and went on graduate from medical school at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in the border city of El Paso.

What she loves about Tyler is the proximity to home, the beautiful greenery, the amazing faculty and complex patients. When she's not working, you can find her at a local coffee shop, trying new restaurants, starting a new Neflix show but never finishing it, traveling, or spending time with her loved ones.
