Shuyin Zhang was born and raised in northeast China. He met his wife at a church there. Later, they got married and were blessed with four wonderful children. He graduated from Rogers State University with a bachelor’s in biological science. He then received his medical degree at Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith. Growing up in an area with limited health care options has given him compassion for people living in medically underserved areas and a passion for working with minorities and others in need.

After work Shuyin loves to spend time going to the zoo with his children and watching movies with his family.
