At the end of this presentation, participants should have increased information to identify eating disorders, disordered eating and problematic dieting behaviors in children and adolescents, explain the medical complications of eating disorders, including diagnostic lab work to monitor in eating disorder treatment, and make appropriate referral recommendations for patients with an eating disorder or disordered eating at various levels of care.
