A complete application includes:
- A personal statement describing your professional interests and how our program aligns with your training goals.
- Current CV.
- Three letters of recommendation (including one from your internship training director).
- Official graduate school transcripts (you will need a letter from your doctoral program that confirms your graduation status and the anticipated date of completion for your dissertation).
- A clinical work sample, including assessment, intervention or consultation that is health-related. The sample must be appropriately redacted or de-identified.
